Gravure printing is a way of printing with concave pattern. When printing, the ink is coated on the whole page, and then the ink on the plane part is scraped off with doctor blade, only leaving the ink in the groove of the pattern. Then the printed matter is covered on the gravure, pressurized, and the ink is absorbed on the substrate. Different levels of the original image are represented by different depths of the intaglio plate. Gravure printing has the characteristics of high resolution, multi gray level change, fine and 3D pattern, rich color levels, mass production scale, the equipment is more intelligent, double in and double out.
